CAVAS´S MUSEUM

The MCA, Almendralejo Cava MUSEUM, arose from the need to gather and expose to the public all the objects and documents that have given rise to the more than forty years of existence of this magnificent wine in Almendralejo.

Carried out by Marcelino Diaz González, one of the creators of cava, the museum displays objects and graphic documents that have been produced throughout all these years and that were guarded by Marcelino and among which are the first bottles of cava made in 1982, the ruling of the Supreme Court authorizing his winery to continue producing cava as well as the different bottles and brands and the numerous awards and recognitions obtained throughout his business life.

The visitor will be able to immerse themselves in the exciting and magical world of Extremaduran cava and learn about its history from the hand of its creator and at the same time will have the opportunity to taste the cavas made by Marcelino Diaz.
